HealthRich supports physiotherapy as part of the orthopaedic set-up today. The doctor writes the physio plan on the Rx, reception bills the sessions, and the owner sees how many were done. A physio-only set-up is not built yet; here is exactly what there is.

Reminders for the next visit
The doctor’s next-visit date drives the Follow-ups list and the WhatsApp follow-up reminder, so patients who stop coming are easy to find.
The physio plan on the prescription
The orthopaedic visit pad has a Physiotherapy section (for example “Quadriceps strengthening, IFT 10 days”). It prints on the Rx, so the patient and the physio work from the same plan.
Sessions billed as services
Physiotherapy session, IFT and ultrasound therapy are ready-made services. Price them once, add them to the bill, take part payments, and see any balance in Dues.
The day’s physio count for the owner
The owner view shows how many physio sessions were billed today, next to collections and patients seen.
Where physio fits today
In an orthopaedic clinic with a physio room, the flow is simple. The doctor writes the physio plan on the visit pad; it prints on the prescription. Reception bills the sessions as services, and the owner sees the day’s count with the rest of the numbers.

A live orthopaedic clinic moved from HealthPlix to HealthRich with all of its records. The staff closed HealthPlix one morning and opened HealthRich the same morning, with the bill numbers carrying on.
