HealthRich is made in Maharashtra for Indian specialty OPDs — orthopaedics, dermatology and general practice. One screen for reception, the doctor and the owner, with WhatsApp built in.
Who we are
A small company that answers its own phone.
HealthRich is a brand of Shiv Shakti Trading, a proprietorship registered in Dhule, Maharashtra (GSTIN 27DAVPA4008J1ZK), run by Deepak Narendra Agrawal. We design, build and support the product ourselves, and the people who set a clinic up are the people who pick up when it calls.
We started with orthopaedic and dermatology practices because that is where a clinic day is most crowded: tokens, procedures, packages, photos, pharmacy and reports all on one counter. General practice works out of the box.

The front desk sets the pace
A clinic day is reception moving patients through a pipeline. HealthRich is one flat list for the day, one click per action, and the doctor and the owner looking at the same rows.
A clinic’s data is the clinic’s
Records are kept in India (Mumbai region), each clinic is sealed off from every other, every change is recorded, and a clinic can take its data out at any time. No patient data goes to an outside AI.
Patients live on WhatsApp
Confirmations, reminders, token updates, prescriptions and bills reach the patient where they already are. The clinic’s own WhatsApp inbox inside HealthRich is what we are building next.
Honest pages
No invented testimonials, no badges we have not earned. What we have not done yet is written down on the Data safety page.
How we work with a clinic
Three steps, no surprises.
- Step 1
A demo on your own data
We load a copy of your current records so you judge HealthRich on your patients, your services and your bill numbers, not on a sample clinic.
- Step 2
Move without a break
Patients, visits, prescriptions, bills and payments come across with their original numbers. Reception starts on HealthRich the next morning.
- Step 3
Launch with us in the room
Staff are trained on the first live day, and support is a WhatsApp message or a call away during OPD hours.
