Service Delivery Policy

HealthRich is software delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

When you get access

• Your clinic account is activated within 24 hours of payment or of signing the order, and usually the same working day.
• Sign-in details are sent to the clinic admin’s email and mobile. Staff use HealthRich at https://app.healthrich.in on a computer or phone; the phone app installs from the browser, no app store needed.

Set-up and migration

• Standard set-up (clinic details, doctors, services and prices, print layout) is done with you within 2 working days of activation.
• Moving data from your previous software (for example HealthPlix, Practo or spreadsheets) is scheduled with you. A typical single clinic is moved in 1 to 3 working days after we receive access to the old data, with a check of totals before you go live.
• WhatsApp in your clinic’s own name needs Meta’s approval of your business and message templates, which usually takes 2 to 10 working days and is outside our control.
