Orthopaedics

Built for a busy ortho OPD. X‑rays, physio and follow‑ups.

A live orthopaedic clinic runs its OPD and billing on HealthRich. The visit pad is laid out the way an ortho consult goes, from vitals to the X-ray to the physio plan.

What changes for your specialty.

1

X-ray, MRI and reports on the visit pad

Add the patient’s X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound or a scanned report to the visit, tagged by joint or spine level. The All imaging view filters by type and region and puts two films side by side, so you see how the joint space has changed since the last visit.

2

The last prescription, with every dose

Every past visit sits next to the one you are writing, with the full prescription, doses and durations. Repeat Rx copies it in one click; change the one line that needs changing.

  • The physiotherapy plan on the prescription

The ortho visit pad has its own Physiotherapy section, and it prints on the Rx. IFT, ultrasound therapy and physio sessions are ready-made services for the bill, and the owner view counts the day’s physio sessions.

  • Belts, braces and gels in the medicine list

The Rx form list starts with what an ortho clinic writes most, including sprays, gels, patches, belts and supports, and the “Apply on” choices are knee, back, neck, shoulder, ankle and wrist.

  • Reminders that ask for the films

The booking, reminder and follow-up emails for an orthopaedic clinic add one line, “Please bring your X-rays and previous reports.”, so the next consult starts with the films in hand.

A morning in an ortho OPD

The knee follow-ups start at ten. Reception marks each patient arrived as they walk in; tokens were issued when they booked, and the doctor’s queue runs in the order people actually arrived.

When the doctor opens the visit pad, the last X-ray is a click away and the last prescription is on the right, with its doses. A patient back for review gets Repeat Rx, one change, and Finish & print. The A5 prescription carries the physio plan and the date of the next visit, and the patient walks to the pharmacy counter, where the same prescription is already loaded.

By the evening, the owner sees on the phone how many patients were seen, what was collected by UPI and by cash, and how many physio sessions were billed.

Questions

Orthopaedics, answered.

Can I compare an old X-ray with today’s?
Yes. In the visit pad’s All imaging view, filter by joint, pick two films and they open side by side.
Do you read DICOM files from the X-ray machine?
No. Upload the image (a photo of the film or the exported JPG) or the PDF report. A DICOM viewer is not part of HealthRich today.
Can physiotherapy sessions be billed separately?
Yes. Physiotherapy session, IFT and ultrasound therapy are starter services you can price and add to any bill, and the owner view counts them.
Can we move from HealthPlix with our old prescriptions?
Yes. An orthopaedic clinic has already moved from HealthPlix with its patients, visits with the full prescription, bills with their original numbers, payments and appointments. How the move works.

Your data comes with you

We move you from HealthPlix, Practo or Excel.

A live orthopaedic clinic moved from HealthPlix to HealthRich with all of its records. The staff closed HealthPlix one morning and opened HealthRich the same morning, with the bill numbers carrying on.

What came across

  • Every patient, with their old patient ID
  • Visits with the full prescription: dose, timing, duration
  • Bills with their original numbers; the series carries on
  • Payments, appointments and today’s tokens
  • The Rx library: medicines, complaints, diagnoses, advice, tests

Free with yearly Plus and Premium. Do it before your current licence runs out: once access lapses, getting records out is harder.
