Your data comes with you

Switch without losing a single prescription.

We move your clinic from HealthPlix, Practo Ray or a spreadsheet into HealthRich: patients, visits with the full prescription, bills with their original numbers, payments and appointments. You keep working until the morning you switch.

  • Free with yearly Plus and Premium
  • A trial run before anything goes live
  • Bill numbers carry on

What moves

Everything your staff look up.

  • Patients

Every patient record, with the patient ID from your old software kept as the ID.

  • Visits and prescriptions

Each visit with its full prescription: medicine, dose pattern, timing, frequency, duration and notes.

  • Bills and payments

Bills with their original numbers, payments against them, and the bill series carries on from the last number.

  • Appointments and tokens

Upcoming appointments, and the tokens already given for today.

  • Your Rx library

Medicines, complaints, diagnoses, advice and tests you had saved.

  • Pharmacy

From HealthPlix pharmacy: the product list, stock and past bills. We check your export with you first.

Done with a live clinic

An orthopaedic clinic moved from HealthPlix in one morning.

The full import ran the afternoon before. The next morning reception stopped billing in HealthPlix, we brought across that morning’s new visits and bills, the bill series carried on from HealthPlix’s last number, and a full test of a clinic day passed every check before staff signed in.

  • Patients, with their HealthPlix IDs
  • Visits with full prescriptions
  • Bills with original numbers
  • Payments, appointments and tokens

How the move works

Six steps, and you choose the morning.

  1. 01

Tell us where your data is

HealthPlix, Practo Ray, another EMR or a spreadsheet. We look at what can be exported and agree a cutover date with you.

  2. 02

    We take a copy

From HealthPlix we read it with your clinic’s own access; from Practo or Excel, you send us the export. Nothing changes in your old software.

  3. 03

    A trial run

We import into HealthRich as a dry run first: every record is checked and nothing is kept. Re-running never creates duplicates.

  4. 04

    Check the numbers

We compare counts and money with your old system: patients, visits, bills, and one day’s collection mode by mode (UPI, cash, card).

  5. 05

    The cutover morning

Reception stops billing in the old software, we bring across anything added since the trial, the bill series continues, and staff sign in to HealthRich.

  6. 06

Someone with you on go-live day

On Plus and Premium we stay on call for reception and the doctors through the first day.

Questions

Moving, answered.

Start before your current licence runs out: while you still have access, a copy is straightforward.

A step-by-step guide to leaving HealthPlix

How long does the move take?
At the live clinic: a full import the afternoon before, then the top-up and the switch the next morning. Larger clinics may need a longer trial run; we agree the plan with you first.
Do our old bill numbers continue?
Yes. Old bills keep their numbers, and new bills carry on from the last one.
Have you moved a clinic from Practo before?
Our first move was from HealthPlix. For Practo Ray, another EMR or a spreadsheet, we map your export to the same importer and do the same trial run before anything goes live.
Will patients get WhatsApp messages as soon as we move?
No. Patients brought across start opted out of WhatsApp. They are added to messages only after they agree in your clinic.
What does it cost?
Free with yearly Plus and Premium. Otherwise ₹7,500 to ₹15,000, depending on how many records there are.
When should we start?
Before your current licence runs out. While you still have access, a copy is straightforward; once it lapses, getting your records out can take much longer.
