A queue that runs in arrival order
Tokens are issued when patients book. When they arrive, one tap puts them in the doctor’s queue in the order they came, and a walk-in is one dialog away.
Vitals first, then the Rx
The general visit pad opens on vitals (BP, pulse, SpO₂, temperature, weight, sugar), then complaints, examination, diagnosis, medicines, advice, tests and the next visit.
The family doctor’s day
The morning rush is coughs, fevers and blood-pressure reviews. Reception books on the phone and marks patients arrived as they come in; the doctor sees the queue in arrival order on the computer or on the phone.
For a returning patient the last prescription is right there. For a new one, the fever template fills the usual medicines and the doctor adjusts the dose. The bill is raised from the same list, part payments are allowed, and anything left unpaid waits in Dues until it is collected.

A live orthopaedic clinic moved from HealthPlix to HealthRich with all of its records. The staff closed HealthPlix one morning and opened HealthRich the same morning, with the bill numbers carrying on.
What came across
- Every patient, with their old patient ID
- Visits with the full prescription: dose, timing, duration
- Bills with their original numbers; the series carries on
- Payments, appointments and today’s tokens
- The Rx library: medicines, complaints, diagnoses, advice, tests
Free with yearly Plus and Premium. Do it before your current licence runs out: once access lapses, getting records out is harder.
