Product

Everything your clinic runs on, in one place.

Reception, the consulting room, the billing desk and the pharmacy counter work on the same patient, the same day list and the same bill. Here is what each part does today.

Reception

The front desk works from one list.

One list for the whole day: booked, arrived, with the doctor, still to bill. Every action is one click and one dialog; reception never leaves the page.

  • Tokens are issued at booking; the queue follows arrival order
  • Walk-in: find or add the patient, and they are in the queue
  • Phone bookings and reschedules from the same screen
  • Status in plain words: Booked, Arrived, With doctor, To bill, Due, Billed
  • A Follow-ups tab: patients the doctor asked back who have not booked
  • Allergies flagged on the row, new patients marked New

Rx pad

Write today’s Rx with the last visit in view.

Past visits, with the full prescription and doses, sit next to the one you are writing. Repeat Rx copies one in a click.

  • Dose patterns like 1-0-1, timing, frequency, duration and quantity
  • Vitals, complaints, examination, diagnosis, advice, tests, next visit
  • Copy last visit, or “From last” for a single section
  • Rx groups, templates and your own medicine library
  • Notes and advice in Marathi or Hindi, printed as typed
  • Finish & print: Ctrl + Enter. Private notes never print

Sections and their order follow your specialty: orthopaedics adds X-ray / MRI / reports and physiotherapy; dermatology adds the face and body map, photos and procedures.

What changes for your specialty

Billing & dues

Bills and part payments, dues that don’t slip.

Bill from Today when the doctor finishes. Take part now and the rest later; the balance waits in Dues, sorted by how old it is.

  • UPI, cash and card, plus cheque, bank transfer and insurance
  • A UPI QR for the exact amount at the desk
  • GST lines on bills when your clinic has a GSTIN
  • Each branch has its own bill series
  • Discounts and refunds need a reason and the right permission
  • Dues by age, with Collect and a WhatsApp reminder on each

In-clinic pharmacy

A pharmacy that reads the doctor’s prescription.

The counter opens the prescription the doctor just wrote, works out quantities from dose and duration, and picks batches earliest expiry first. It keeps its own stock, purchases and GST bill series.

  • GST rate and HSN code on every item; Schedule H, H1 and X marked
  • Batches with expiry; expired stock is never sold
  • Stock views: low, out of stock, expiring within 90 days, expired
  • Purchase orders and supplier invoices, with free packs and IGST
  • Returns as credit notes; goods sent back as debit notes
  • Reports: sales by day, GST by HSN, expiry, low stock, margin
  • A5 or 80 mm thermal bills; Save & Print with Ctrl + Enter
  • One pharmacy can serve several branches

Included in Plus and Premium.

WhatsApp

Messages from your clinic’s own number.

Connect your WhatsApp Business number and every reminder goes out in your clinic’s name. Each message type has its own switch.

  • Booking confirmation, day-before and same-day reminders
  • Your turn is next, follow-up due, missed appointment
  • Prescription ready and bill / receipt, as a 7-day secure link
  • Birthday wishes and a feedback / Google review request
  • Campaigns to an audience: follow-ups overdue, lapsed patients, birthdays
  • SMS and email too, for patients without WhatsApp
How WhatsApp works, step by step

Doctor schedules

One calendar for a doctor who works in three places.

OPD at your branches, operation days at another hospital, a teleconsult hour, leave. Online bookings land only in sessions the doctor has opened, and reception is warned before booking outside one.

  • Sessions at your branches or at any outside hospital or clinic
  • OPD, operation, treatment and teleconsult sessions, plus leave
  • Overlaps blocked across every place
  • Your online booking link offers only open session slots
  • A private calendar feed for Google, Apple or Outlook calendars
  • Patients appear as initials in the feed: no phone numbers, no diagnoses

Branches & the owner view

Each branch runs on its own. The owner sees them together.

Every branch has its own queue, token counter, bill series and letterhead. Owners of two or more branches get an “All branches” view that adds them up, on the computer and the phone.

  • Switch branch from the sidebar; no logging out
  • Owner tiles: collected by mode, billed, dues, patients seen
  • Doctors today: seen, average time, bills, billed, collected
  • Branches today, side by side, with dues

Reports

Twenty-two reports, every row exported.

Pick a date range, see the numbers, then export to Excel or CSV or print. Exports include every row, not the first page. An owner of several branches can run them across all branches, with a branch column.

Phone app

Installs from the browser. No app store.

On Android or iPhone, open HealthRich and add it to the home screen. Reception gets Today, bills and follow-ups; doctors their queue; owners Pulse and dues.

  • Phone screens for Today, the queue, Pulse, bills, dues, patients and follow-ups
  • Pharmacy billing and the Rx queue on a phone at the counter
  • A PIN after 10 minutes away on your own phone
  • A shared clinic phone signs out after 5 idle minutes
  • It needs internet: if the line drops you still see what was loaded, and changes wait for the network

Business AI

Who is drifting away, and what it is worth.

The AI tools in HealthRich look at your own records and tell you which patients are overdue, which packages are unfinished and where money is waiting. Every number shows how it was worked out.

  • Retention Manager: patients scored, with reasons and the ₹ at risk
  • Opportunity Finder: overdue follow-ups, open packages, unfinished plans
  • Business Advisor: this period against the last, with the top actions
  • No patient data is sent to any outside AI service
