Dermatology & cosmetology

For skin clinics. The face map, visit photos and procedure packages.

A dermatology group with several branches runs on HealthRich. Each branch has its own queue, bills and letterhead; the owner sees them together.

Visit photos, side by side

Before, progress and after photos stay with the visit. Pick two dates and compare them side by side or with a slider, or print a journey sheet for the patient.

  • A face and body map that remembers

Tap the face, or the body front or back, to drop a numbered mark; the region is picked from where you tap. Add the finding and how severe it is. At the next visit the old marks show as faint dots, so the doctor knows exactly where to look.

  • Procedures, packages and sessions

Sell a package of peels or laser sessions, then mark each session done with its own before and after photos. Patients with sessions left show up in the retention list and can get a session reminder.

  • The Rx a skin clinic writes

Creams, gels, lotions, serums, face washes, sunscreens, shampoos and kits are in the form list, and “Apply on” offers face, scalp, body, under eyes and lips.

  • Reminders that prepare the patient

The booking, reminder and follow-up emails for a skin clinic add “Please come without make-up on the area to be examined.”

How a skin clinic uses it

A follow-up for acne starts with the face map. Last month’s marks are already there as faint dots; the doctor adds today’s and sets the severity. A progress photo goes on the visit, and the compare view shows it next to the first one.

The prescription carries the creams and the face wash with where to apply them. If the patient is midway through a package of peels, the session is marked done with its own photos, and the next session reminder goes out on WhatsApp.

Each branch bills on its own series. The owner sees every branch’s collections, dues and doctors on one screen.

Questions

Dermatology & cosmetology, answered.

Can the next doctor see where the last doctor marked lesions?
Yes. Earlier visits’ marks show as faint dots on the face or body map, with the date and doctor, and can be hidden.
Can patients see their before-and-after photos?
You can print a journey sheet with the photos you choose. Photos are not shared anywhere on their own.
We have three branches. Do we need three accounts?
No. One login can work in every branch it belongs to, each branch keeps its own queue, bill series and letterhead, and an owner of two or more branches gets the All branches view.

Your data comes with you

We move you from HealthPlix, Practo or Excel.

A live orthopaedic clinic moved from HealthPlix to HealthRich with all of its records. The staff closed HealthPlix one morning and opened HealthRich the same morning, with the bill numbers carrying on.

What came across

  • Every patient, with their old patient ID
  • Visits with the full prescription: dose, timing, duration
  • Bills with their original numbers; the series carries on
  • Payments, appointments and today’s tokens
  • The Rx library: medicines, complaints, diagnoses, advice, tests

Free with yearly Plus and Premium. Do it before your current licence runs out: once access lapses, getting records out is harder.
